Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Exchanges

We want you to love your pieces. If you are not satisfied with the fit or style of your purchase, we support size or item exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition as when you received it, complete with all original labels and tags attached.

2. Custom Measurements Exclusion

Please note that garments ordered with custom sizes or tailored according to specific custom measurements (e.g. customized bust, waist, hips, or custom heights) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. These items are tailored specifically for you and cannot be resold.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds are only issued in the rare event of a manufacturing defect, or if we are unable to fulfill your order.

To request a refund for a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending clear photographs of the damage alongside your order number to info@bolinicollections.com.

Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (via Paystack) within 5 to 7 working days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning items for exchanges, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect item or size shipped, or a confirmed manufacturing defect).

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. How to Initiate an Exchange or Return

Please follow these steps to process an exchange:

1. Send an email to info@bolinicollections.com containing your name, order number, the item you wish to return, and the replacement size/color desired.
2. Wait for our support team to verify eligibility and provide return shipping address instructions.
3. Package your item securely and send it back to our Abuja office.
4. Once received and inspected, we will tailor/dispatch your replacement item.
