1. General Information
At Bolini Collections, we process and dispatch orders with care. Every clothing order is handled in the sequence it is received.
Please note that since we offer premium tailoring and optional custom measurements, some pieces require a production buffer before shipping.
2. Production & Tailoring Timeframes
- Ready-to-Wear Items: Dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of payment validation.
- Custom Tailored / Custom Measurement Items: Production takes 7 to 10 working days before the item is dispatched.
3. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times
We deliver locally and internationally. Standard transit timeframes (after production/dispatch) are as follows:

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the delivery address, delivery method (doorstep vs. local station pickup), and package weight. Any international customs duties, levies, or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer upon arrival.
5. Delivery Address Instructions
Please review and confirm your shipping address before finalizing your payment. We cannot redirect packages once they have left our warehouse. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipment fees will be charged to the customer.
6. Shipment Tracking
Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing transit details and a courier tracking number (or driver contact details for regional deliveries).
